Fill in the default config file launchat.ini with programs found in Startup
folder, then quit:
launchat -P
A new file launchat.ini is created in the current directory if none
already exists.
If a file launchat.ini exists in the current directory, it is filled
with new entries. Please note that no check is performed concerning duplicates!

delay and quit.

A simple shortcut to
launchat could be put in the
Startup folder. It'll use the
launchat.ini
located in
launchat folder.
